insanity-fitness-and-motivation: Hey, how is Insanity going? 

I just did a three week update :) thank you for inquiring!

I plan to lose 20 pounds in may. I will continue insanity & also start Herbalife AFTER I detox with a colon cleanse (a recommendation from my doctor, colon cancer runs in my family). So ill be fresh for my new, clean lifestyle. The colon cleanser she suggested was Robin Anthony’s renu herbs. Anyone heard of it?

I’ve completed week 3. Whew! It has become less challenging therefore I notice myself slacking a little. I do see major results. I’ve lost 18 lbs & I’ve been eating horribly, but I’ve been drinking lots of water.

I worked out in the gym this morning. I did cardio for 30 minutes, burning 300 calories. I got on the scale for the first time since I started Insanity 2 weeks ago. I dropped 15 pounds. It was a surprise because I’ve eaten HORRIBLY! I’m getting serious now. I’m drinking a lot more water and eating completely clean. I am not, however taking shakeology.

BEAST MODE! 💪👊 I honestly feel like a machine. The results are crazy. I will post pictures soooon. This week I focused more on tightening my core while doing insanity. I feel the difference. The feeling after completing an insanity workout is priceless! I’m gonna start going to the gym in the morning and I’m also not going to use the rest days since my semester is coming to an end (I want to be done with the first month when my summer begins).

After my rest day, I’m so pumped for insanity day 8!
